Best Maggi Recipe – Maggi Anda Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Maggi noodles (chicken or any flavor of your choice)
  • 1 egg
  • A handful of spinach or any green leafy vegetable
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper (optional)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Spices: Salt, black pepper, Maggi seasoning, or any preferred spices
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Wash and chop the spinach or other greens.
    • Slice the onion and bell pepper (if using).
    • Finely chop the garlic.
